The Apartment

Offering family friendly accommodation in centrally located 4-star business and vacation apartments for your short- or long-term accommodation in prime location in the city centre of Vienna.

Location

Central location: You can reach the most important sites of cultural interest, as well as the business, shopping and entertainment centres by walking. The famous "Viennese scene" is also within 3-10 minutes walking distance from our location. Consequently you can reach any point in the city quickly and easily by foot or by the underground from the Central Subway Station "Karlsplatz". The station – lines U1, U2, U4 – is located in 2 minutes walking distance from our apartments.

Shopping

Besides a big supermarket being located directly in our house block, other shopping possibilities for all kinds of goods for daily needs as well as a few banks, a post office, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and 2 underground car parks are within 1-3 minutes walking from our location. Moreover, the famous multi-cultural Viennese "Naschmarkt" (the largest open fruit and vegetable market of Europe) is just around the corner. On one end of the "Naschmarkt" there is the famous Viennese "flea market" (open only Saturdays). The "Kaerntnerstrasse" and "Graben" (both pedestrian precincts) as well as the "Mariahilfersrasse" – the most famous Viennese shopping streets – are very close to the apartments (5-10 minutes walking distance).

Universities

The two main buildings of the University of Technology and their library are directly around the corner. The University of Vienna is also within walking distance (15 minutes).

Accommodation

We offer studio apartments with 1 living/bedroom (approximately 40 sq metres) or 1-bedroom apartments from 50 to 70 sq metres (approx. 550 to 700 sq feet) consisting of 2 rooms (master bedroom and living/bedroom), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate WC.

Facilities

The apartments offer: cable TV, stereo hi-fi, including CD and DVD-player, telephone, fax and answering system, PC and high speed Internet access (free of charge), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Some of the apartments offer lso balcony or air-conditioning.

The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washer and drier, coffee-maker, toaster, etc. Cutlery, pots and pans as well as other kitchenware are available for 6 persons. Electricity: 230V.
