Accommodation

We offer studios for 1–2 persons (30–35 sq m), combined living/bedroom apartments for 1–4 persons (40 sq m) and 1 bedroom apartments (65 sq m). All apartments offer modern living and sleeping areas, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Facilities

The apartments are newly built, comfortably furnished, situated in a quiet area and have satellite TV, telephone, Internet access, personal safe, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware, dishwasher, washing machine), work/study area, iron, hairdryer. We provide in-house laundry services, parking facilities, airport/railway station pick-up, wellness centre amenities (massage, fitness), free of charge cleaning and linen/towels change.

Prices include VAT, local taxes, public utilities costs, cleaning, linen/towels change.

We charge:

• €15 per night per additional person (<1 month)
• €5 per night per additional person (>1 month)
• €10 per night per child up to 12 years old (in extra bed)
• Children under 6 years old stay free of charge.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as bank transfers and cash payments.
