The Villa

A cute and cosy cottage that sleeps six. It has all of the things required for your holiday at the beach. FirePit, BBQ, pleasant yards with flowers and raspberries in season. 1/2 block to the water. The inside is clean and cosy.

Location

Located 20 minutes from Red Deer and 1/2 block from the beach. Located in Sylvan Lake tourist area. We have everything you would desire from golf and waterslides to a kiddie park. The swimming is safe for children.

Accommodation

2 bedrooms. We have a double bed, 3/4 bed (48 inches) and a double-bed-size futon. Full kitchen, bath and comfortable living room with 2 TVs and a VCR.

Facilities

The kitchen contains everything you need to cook for 2 or 10. You can make a burger and a four-course meal if you have a mind to.
