The Villa
Nestled in a picturesque cove, our rose-covered cottage is a romantic escape. Our unique west coast environment produces the warmest, most comfortable year round climate anywhere in Canada. Over 25% of our island is parkland. A wide array of natural life can be enjoyed from our many walking trails and country roads.
Location
Ideally located in the Canadian Gulf Islands between Vancouver and Victoria and only minutes from the Washington State San Juan islands, we are easily accessible by car ferry, float plane or by boat to our private dock. Car ferry service is available from Vancouver, Victoria or Washington State in the US.
Accommodation
Inside the cottage are ceramic tile and hardwood floors, tall paned windows overlooking the ocean and a cosy wood-burning fireplace. The main floor is open plan offering a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, all with ocean views and a deck for seaside dining. A modern tiled bathroom offers a large glass shower. Upstairs is a large bedroom with cathedral ceilings, Casablanca fan, comfortable queen bed and a private deck overlooking the sea.
Facilities
The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee-maker and coffee-grinder.
A barbecue, fresh herbs from the garden and seafood from the
local dock tempt you to pamper yourself with a gourmet meal.
On those quiet evenings you will find lots of books, board
games and cards to entertain you while you listen to the stereo
or play your favourite CDs.
During the day, explore the seashore by kayak or take a boat tour and try your hand at fishing. Hike our many parks and trails, play a round of golf or sample the wines from our nearby wineries. Visit an artist's studio or take in the Saturday morning market. Take a day visit to the quaint capital city of Victoria and the famous Butchart Gardens or spend a day island-hopping to our nearby islands.

Additional Information
There are no additional taxes. A 30% deposit is taken at time of booking. The balance of payment is due 45 days before arrival. Bookings are by the week during July and August.
