The Villa

This oceanfront home offers fantastic ocean views and sunsets. It offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a seaside patio and wood-burning fireplace. Stairs lead to the beach and a sundeck over the water.

Location

Pender Island is one of the Gulf Islands located between Vancouver and Victoria. Pender Island is a beautiful, natural, west coast setting with a mild Mediterranean climate and a peaceful, slower pace of life.

Fill your day watching eagles, seals, otters and whales. Hike our many parks and trails or explore the seashore by kayak. Take a boat tour, play a round of golf, or sample the wines from our nearby wineries. Visit an artist's studio, or take in the Saturday morning market. Take a day to visit the quaint capital city of Victoria and the famous Butchart Gardens.

Accommodation

This property offers a main home and an oceanfront sleeping cottage. Guests may rent only the main house (which accommodates up to 4 guests) or both the house and cottage (which accommodates a total of 6 guests).

The home's main floor offers an open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas where you can enjoy the spectacular views. There is one bedroom on the main level with twin beds. On the ground level, there is a second bedroom which has a sea view and queen bed.

The sleeping cottage offers a queen size bed and its own bathroom. It also offers spectacular views and a deck.

Facilities

The kitchen has a full-size fridge and stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee-maker. There is an outside patio with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue for grilling. There is a CD player, stereo, TV and VCR for entertainment as well as a stock of books and games. There is a washer and dryer. All towels and linen are provided.

Prices

A nightly rental (2 night minimum) is available from CAN$165 to CAN$300 depending on season and whether booking home only or both home and cottage.

Additional Information

Prices are inclusive of taxes. A security deposit is required. Guests are required to complete a Rental Agreement. A 30% fee is taken upon booking with the balance payable 45 days prior to arrival.

The telephone is free for local calls. A calling card is required for long distance calls.
