The VillaOlivia’s Cottage is located in a little seaside village called Cap Bimet. The village is predominantly cottages with a few year-round residents. There are no hotels or commercial rentals in the village as the cottages are privately owned. The shore that the village is nestled beside is rocky on one end and turns into a lovely sandy ocean beach on the other. Both ends are easily walked to from my cottage in a few minutes and each offer endless possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, exploring and beach combing. Beach is just a 5 minute stroll away.
Location10 Minute drive to Shediac and Parlee Beach, 20 minute drive to Moncton, 45 minutes to Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island and 1 hour to Fundy Coast.
Accommodation
The cottage has been recently redone totally inside and out
and has a good sized deck for sunning and barbecuing that
is L-shaped and has a roof over one side for barbecuing on
a rainy day or getting out of the sun.
The interior is as follows: The living room and kitchen/dining area are L-shaped There is a wood stove in the living room as well as a very nice matching leather sofa and armchair and a TV and stereo. The dining area/ kitchen has maple table and chairs that match the kitchen cupboards. There is a sliding patio door in the dining area that goes out to the deck. There is a full sized refrigerator, an electric stove with 4 burners and oven and a microwave built into the cupboards. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need right down to wine glasses. There are two bedrooms, one queen and 1 double (cot available also) and each bedroom has a very large walk-in closet complete with lots of shelving for your things. The bathroom is very large and modern, complete with an acrylic tub surround and glass sliding doors. There are ceramic tiles throughout on all the floors. There are lots of windows throughout that make the cottage very bright but they are complete with verticals for complete privacy.
We are fully equipped with barbecue, lawn and deck furniture,
even beach towels. The lawn is very well kept and has nice
shrubs and flowers and a nicely gravelled drive.
The owner says: "I look after the cottage myself and
you would always be able to reach me by phone if you should
ever need anything. You would be given all of my phone numbers
where I can be reached and I am always very happy to give
you directions to our areas of interest and will provide you
with brochures and information on our local attractions."
Facilities Bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double with cot available. Fully equipped, barbecue, lawn furniture, all dishes and linen provided. Cable TV, stereo, microwave, parking for 2 vehicles, lawn furniture, 5 minute walk to lobster shop and the famous Paturel's Seafood Restaurant.

Additional Information
Rate is $900 per week for 2 adults and up to 2 children of
15 or under. Additional guests of 16 and over are at an additional
charge of $100 per person per week. 50% down is required to
secure a reservation and the balance to be paid in full upon
arrival.
The cottage is non-smoking but smokers can enjoy their smoking
on the covered verandah. Reservations run from Saturday to
Saturday with 2pm check-in and a 10am check-out.
