Exquisite, luxurious oceanfront 4-season beach house/cottage directly on Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy. The east side of the cottage is on an amazing salt water marsh, which fills and empties with the tide – walk across the ocean floor at low tide and wonder how you did it when the tide comes in and completely covers where you walked!

Secluded, private executive-level 2000 square foot rental property, located on a unique point of land, is directly on two beaches, with the world's highest tides right at the doorstep. Beach House has all beach activities, right at your doorstep; 5 minutes drive from a convenience and antique store and an eco-tour; 15 minutes drive from Cape Chignecto Park (Nova Scotia’s newest provincial park), Canadian art gallery, museums, restaurants, light houses, eco-tour, golf, tennis, major shopping, and much more.

Accommodation

A fully equipped kitchen has all amenities, and eating/sitting area has a gorgeous beachrock fireplace. Main floor sunroom has windows on three sides, and a large separate dining room provides space for guests and projects. World's highest tides right at the doorstep, bring the outdoors inside, all year long, and give visitors absolutely breathtaking ocean views – all day long. Beach House can sleep up to 10 visitors; main bedroom has a queen bed and its very own balcony; 2nd bedroom has 2 antique double beds; second floor sunroom has a large double futon, airtight stove, pine cathedral ceiling and an oceanfront balcony and converts into an astonishing lovely 3rd bedroom; downstairs office has a day bed, for one double or two singles; cot and children's beds are also available. All beds are covered with wonderful handmade Nova Scotian quilts.

Immediate area showcases the pristine elegance of nature, and lawn and balcony furniture, a propane BBQ, and a children's swing/slide set take care of guests of all ages.

Additional Information

Quoted costs are for up to 6 visitors; extra charge of CAN$100 per week for each additional visitor. Some off-season midweek breaks and weekend visits are available. Tax of 15% is added to all rental costs, and this tax is reimbursable to non-Canada residents after leaving Canada. Contact owner for additional information about costs.
