Luxury waterfront condo with balcony overlooking the lagoon. Lagoon City is an official Canadian Resort Village. All property fronts on to a series of lagoons connected to Lake Simcoe and the Trent River waterway. Watch the boats go by or watch the sun set. A beautiful spot all the year round.

Location

We are situated 1.5 hours north of Toronto and only 20 minutes from Casino Rama and Orillia. A very tranquil setting but within easy driving distance to night life and culture. There are two sandy beaches in Lagoon City itself. Ideal area for boating, fishing, swimming, cycling and walking. In the winter you can cross-country ski, snowshoe or snowmobile either on the lagoons or through the woods. Golf and horse riding is close at hand.

Accommodation

Upstairs unit. 1 bedroom with king-size ultramatic bed. Sofa bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Master bath has romantic 6 ft Jacuzzi tub.

Facilities

Fully furnished with all linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Coin-operated laundry facilities on site. Wood-burning fireplace. Central heat/air conditioning. Cable TV and VCR in unit. Pool and tennis court on site. Boat mooring. Two restaurants in Lagoon City plus a pizza/movie rental take-out. There is a supermarket, liquor store and post office in Brechin.
