The Villa
Villa de La Familia is a lovely villa with a very private,
beautiful tropical backyard. It has two 2 bedroom suites and
2 single bedrooms. There are 3 baths in the villa and
an outdoor bathroom also. It has a swimming pool with a diving
board and a kiddie pool. There is a large outdoor palm tree
kiosk with an table and rocking chairs for dining al fresco.
Location
Villa de La Familia is about 30 minutes west from the international airport in Puerto Plata. Puerto Plata is 3 miles from Cofresi. The villa is a 2 minute walk from Cofresi beach. It is also a 2 minute walk from Ocean World, where you can swim with dolphins and see walrus perform plus other attractions.
Accommodation
The villa has two 2 bedroom suites. One has a queen bed in each room and the
other has 1 queen bed and 2 twins. Each suite has a private
bath. The two single bedrooms have queen beds, they share
a bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have air conditioning
and ceiling fans.
The remainder of the property comprises a fully fitted kitchen,
a shared living room and dining room, an outdoor bar and an
outdoor dining area under the palm tree kiosk.
Facilities
The living room has a TV with cable and a VCR. There is a portable CD player. The kitchen has all the basics plus a microwave, toaster, blender and coffee-maker. There is an outdoor charcoal BBQ or an outdoor gas propane BBQ. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.

Additional Information
To secure the villa, a 50% deposit is required. Should you have to cancel, the deposit is refunded if the villa is subsequently rented. This is our group cancellation policy. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
