St Maarten is 37 square miles and has 37 beaches, some of
the Caribbean’s most beautiful. Average daily temperature
is 80–85°F. 10 minute walk to Philipsburg (Dutch capital).
Little Bay (next to Great Bay) has calm waters and is excellent
for snorkelling. Mullet Bay Golf Course is open from 6 am
to 5 pm daily and there are many areas in which to hike and
ride horseback. Shopping in Philipsburg or French Marigot
has excellent bargains.
