The Villa
We own three oceanfront apartments right beside the Marriott Hotel in Condado. Condado is a tourist area with many major hotels and casinos all within a few blocks. The apartments sleep two and we have extra mattresses that can be used on the floor during the night time.
Location
The apartment building is 5 miles from the international airport and 3 miles from Old San Juan where the cruise ships dock. Restaurants and shops line Ashford Avenue, the main strip that follows the coastline.
Accommodation
Two studio suites have queen beds and sleep two. The one bedroom apartment has a double bed and a double futon bed in the main room and can accommodate two couples. We have extra mattresses for children. Parking is tight right in the beach area and we reserve a permanent parking spot on Ashford Avenue about half a block away.
Facilities
Each apartment has air conditioning, cable TV, telephone for local calls, open balcony to the ocean, a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub.

Additional Information
We require a deposit by VISA or MASTERCARD to reserve. The deposit is applied to the rent upon check-in. There is a one-time $50 cleaning fee for each stay. Use of the reserved parking spot costs a nominal $5 per night.
