Calabash Views is a top floor suite (above the owner's house) overlooking Coral Bay and the Caribbean. This unit has a convenient indoor/outdoor kitchenette, and an expansive deck from which to enjoy your view. There are 55 beautiful steps from the parking area to the rental unit.

Location

Located on the quiet end of this beautiful island, this delicious hideaway is perfect for your special honeymoon or quiet retreat, and is located within a few miles of all these local delights: beautiful beaches, snorkelling and scuba, sailing, sport fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, Virgin Islands National Park, many wonderful restaurants and nightlife including live entertainment in season, shopping, and visits to archaeological sites of early Danish ruins.

Accommodation

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser, table with chair, and a lounge chair. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchenette area is a covered area, but open to the view (without walls). The deck includes a 448 sq ft covered patio/dining area and a 352 sq ft sunny lounging area.

Amenities include: air conditioning, CD player, microwave, stovetop, blender, toaster, coffee maker, half-size refrigerator, cooking utensils and pans.

Additional Information

Deposit: to confirm your reservation, a cheque in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee is required. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by PayPal is available.

Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before arrival will incur a 10% penalty.
