The Villa

This is an old Croatian building that has been converted into 8 one to two bedroom apartments with living areas, kitchenettes and bath/shower rooms. Some have balconies or small gardens. We also have a restaurant which is highly regarded locally in its own right.

Location

The apartments are approximately 25 minutes from the airport and about a 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town. They are situated in Lapad which is the main resort area of Dubrovnik. The main Lapad beach is 50 metres across the road from the apartments and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within strolling distance.

Accommodation

We have four 2 bedroom apartments with either double, twin or bunk beds provided. Living room areas, kitchenettes and clean, modern shower rooms. We have four 1 bedroom apartments with either double or twin beds, living room areas, kitchenettes and shower rooms. Apartments 1 and 2 have balconies, Apartments 6 and 8 have small private gardens, Apartment 7 has a small private patio and Apartment 3 has a lovely view of the bay from the living room.

Facilities

All apartments are air conditioned and have satellite television. Each kitchenette has a microwave oven, small fridge, kettle and toaster. The restaurant downstairs provides buffet breakfast included in the price and we offer our guests a 10% discount in the evening. There is a small plunge pool on the terrace but our guests are also welcome to use swimming pool facilities at a local hotel. A bus to Old Town runs from a bus stop 20 yards away every 10 minutes. We also provide airport transfers included in the cost.
