The Villa

There are six apartments at our disposal that are situated about 150m from the beautiful beach. The building is in a quiet location in the pine-wood.

Location

Trogir is a UNESCO town in the Split region of Dalmatia, 10km from International Split airport. Apartments are 1,800 metres from the city centre, or about 15 minutes by footpath through the pine woods.

Accommodation

Each apartment has its own entrance, a double bedroom, a sitting room with small kitchen, dining room, a sofa with one or two beds, large bathroom and balcony that overlooks the sea. Apartments are air conditioned, with TV satellite, phone and Internet connection.

Facilities

Every apartment has a TV-satellite. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker. In the utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include, full air conditioning, baby high chair, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys, outdoor dining area with fan and light. All linen and towels are supplied. There is a tennis court about 2.5km from the site. It is also possible to go night fishing with a boat, water-skiing or paragliding.

Additional Information

A 10% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable before leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. (We trust our guests and for those coming a second time, no deposit is required.)
