LocationThis beautifully decorated villa is located on the top of a panoramic hillside in Mosphiloti Mountain range in the heart of Cyprus. It is just 20 minutes from Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, 25 minutes from popular sandy beaches and only 20 minutes from the international airport.
AccommodationThe house offers 500 sq m of living space, sleeps a maximum of 12 persons in 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 twins, 2 fold-down singles), including a master bedroom with en-suite facilities. There are 3 other bathrooms, 2 dining room areas and a large lounge. The villa boasts 5,000 sq m of private land, with a large private pool (6 x 12 m), Jacuzzi, plenty of fruit trees and grass areas. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the valley below and mountains from the pool and from all the bedrooms.
Facilities
The interior of the villa is equipped with a large real log
fireplace, several Italian-style comfortable couches and armchairs,
plus 3 big screen televisions, DVD player and Playstation
console with a selection of games. The hi-tech sound system
connects externally to speakers in the poolside and garden
areas, which also boast a large pool bar equipped with an
outdoor kitchen, dining area and 3 WCs/showers.
A welcome pack of complimentary goods including, milk, tea, bread, fresh fruit, wine and beer awaits all our guests on arrival. Maid service is provided weekly, along with clean linen and towels.

Additional InformationWe provide free transfers to and from the airport, although we recommend car hire, which can also be organised by us. Villa Oreades is a must-see villa. We require a £250 deposit which will be refunded as you are leaving the villa as long as no damage has been done.
