The Villa
Villa with private pool near Coral Bay, Paphos, south-west Cyprus. The gardens are exceptional, as are the uninterrupted sea views.
Location
The house is in a peaceful area on the hillside reached by a very steep drive of approx. 20 yards, and cars must be left at drive entrance. There are 15 steps to the house, and 2 sets of steps in the garden, leading down to the pool, so we advise this property is not suitable for people with physical handicaps, very young children or non-swimmers.
Peyia village is approximately 10 minutes walk, and there are excellent tavernas, bank, shops, etc.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC are on 1st floor, reached by outside steps. One twin bedroom is on the ground floor: the other twin bedroom and the shower room (which is equipped with 2 showers) and WC are reached by going outside the villa and down 4 steps.
Facilities
Fully equipped kitchen has washing machine. Comfortable living area has TV, tape music system, and attractive dining area. Villa is equipped with fans.
The swimming pool is not overlooked, measures 10m x 5m, has descending steps at shallow end, and is 15' deep at the deep end. It is therefore recommended that clients, including children, should be able to swim.

Additional Information
Rental includes a welcome hamper including wine, cleaning
prior to arrival, and for 2 week bookings. The maid will lightly
clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen
and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
