The Villa
Villa Afrodite is a luxury beach villa, sleeping 7 persons plus baby. The elegant
and modern holiday villa is constructed to a high standard,
with luxury finishing, fully furnished, with private pool,
garage, garden and much more, whilst still being affordable
accommodation to all.
Location
The villa is just 20 metres from the coast and offers unobstructed views of the sea. It is located in the residential area of Kisonerga, within 5 minutes driving distance from the fantastic beach of Coral Bay. To Kato Paphos and Paphos Town, it takes approximately seven minutes by car or by bus and the bus stop is short walk away from the villa. The Akamas peninsula is just a short drive to the west and abounds with wildlife and plants. Also the well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the Golf, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and the Polis town are 25 minutes driving distance away from the villa.
Accommodation
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor facing the sea with a baby cot and a large bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both en suite with large balcony to enjoy the view, table and chairs. Elegant bars separate the kitchen from the lounge area that is also comfortably furnished and includes a sofa bed. There is also a garage, garden, private pool and barbecue area.
Facilities
All bedrooms are facing the sea and have large balconies with tables and chairs.
The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a satellite TV (limited channels), CD player and radio. The fitted kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, and full set of crockery.
The barbecue (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 9m x 4.5m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas and there is also an outdoor shower. In the utility, there is a safe box, hairdryer, iron, baby cot, highchair and air-conditioning.

Additional Information
Above prices are in Cyprus pounds per villa/per week. Air-conditioning is optional and charged at CYPŁ2.50 per unit/per day. A 20% deposit is taken on booking and the remaining balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
