Situated on the hillside overlooking Paphos Town (3 km) and the sea (6 km), this villa is also convenient for local shops and restaurants, which are walking distance from 200m. Car hire is recommended (see below) but there is a local bus service.
Accommodation
2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double with shower room and WC and 1 twin with bath, shower and WC. Bedrooms lead out to poolside. Spacious lounge. Air-conditioned dining area for 6. Fully fitted kitchen. Private pool (8 m x 4 m), secluded by fencing. Mature gardens feature palms and scented shrubs.
Facilities
Lounge has TV and small CD/tape hi-fi. Kitchen includes washing machine, microwave, toaster and iron. Poolside is equipped with sunloungers and umbrellas, etc. Car port.
Rental includes a generous welcome hamper of food including
white wine, beers, coffee, tea, milk, bread, cheese, fruit,
etc. and cleaning prior to arrival. For 2-week bookings, the
maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the
clean linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Guests will be visited by my local British representative, the day after arrival, to ensure all is well.
