The Villa

2 luxury apartments: 2 bed (sleeps 4+) and 3 bed/2 bath (sleeps 8) on same floor of same block. Fully furnished/equipped. Air conditioning/fans/heating. Located away from the bustle of the main tourist area, yet a couple of minutes walk from municipal beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, harbour area.

Location

Paphos has the best climate on Cyprus: mild in winter and cooled by sea-breezes in summer. It is an ideal location for visiting the Akamas Nature Reserve, a multitude of historical sites, including the World Heritage Tombs of the Kings, the Troodos Mountains and other parts of the island. Many monasteries and churches are accessible from Paphos, as are the Birthplace of Aphrodite, Aphrodite’s Baths, Adonis Falls, reservoirs and mountain forests.

Accommodation

The 2-bed apartment has 1 double/1 twin bedroom, plus two inflatable mattresses. The 3 bed has 1 double (en suite), 2 twin bedrooms and 2 large sofa-beds in the living room. There is a verandah with table and chairs overlooking beautiful, well-maintained gardens and large swimming pool. Picnic facilities also provided.

Facilities

The living rooms have a divan (two sofa-beds in 3-bed apartment), an armchair, colour TV, video, and music centre, dining table and chairs, coffee table, sideboard, and two side-tables with lamps. There are board games, books and music tapes and a selection of tourist information leaflets and maps to help you plan your holiday. The bedrooms (one double in each apartment, others – twin) are furnished with double fitted cupboards (with plenty of coat hangers!). The apartments are equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee percolator, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils.

Additional Information

The rates for the apartments include all air conditioning/heating/linen, towels and even beach towels. A deposit of £100 is charged per booking and a damage/key deposit of £100 refundable is taken, together with final payment, 6 weeks before departure.
