This area leads onto 2 large balconies that are furnished with table and chairs. Both balconies overlook the swimming pool. The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, hob/oven, toaster and sandwich maker. The kitchen leads off to a large covered balcony with table and chairs. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a triple) with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, mirror and dressing table in the double. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. The complex has a swimming pool with poolside toilets and showers and there is also a private downstairs storeroom with 4 sun beds, umbrella and minibar. Allocated underground parking is provided.
FacilitiesAdditional features of the apartment are Sky TV, CD player and a large selection of CDs, two sets of golf clubs, juice maker, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Linen is provided (not beach towels) and is changed once a week.
