The Villa

This detached luxury villa is situated on an elevated spot with spectacular views of Coral Bay and the surrounding area. The 4 bedroom villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. There is a balcony on the first floor and a large terrace leading onto a private swimming pool.

Location

The beach and nightlife of Coral Bay are 5 minutes drive away.

Accommodation

The villa consists of a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 8 and a dining table and 8 chairs. There is an open fire in the lounge area. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people in four air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and three twins). The master bedroom has an en-suite and balcony. There is an additional Z-bed in two of the three twin bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There are an additional two bathrooms.

Allocated parking is provided. The villa has a private swimming pool. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.

Facilities

Additional features of the villa include a DVD player, CD player, television, video, radio, hairdryer, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board. A travel cot and high chair are also provided.
