The Villa

Annastel Villas is a family owed business consisting of Villa Stalo with 3 bedrooms, and our superior 4 bedrooms Villa Joanna. Accommodates 8–9 pax.

Our modern, fully furnished, well-equipped villas were completed in June 2003. Each villa boasts a private pool 5m x 10m, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue facilities. Enjoy the exquisite view over the banana plantations to the shimmering Mediterranean and romantic sunsets.

Location

Both villas are located in Kissonerga village situated between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay.

Paphos is a haven for outdoor lovers and sports enthusiasts. With activities including the water park, golf, tennis, horse riding, go-karting, jet-skiing, wind surfing, water skiing, parascending, bowling, walking, bird spotting, swimming trekking and much more.

500 metres walk from the Atlantica Beach hotel and a variety of restaurants, local taverns, bars, beach and Paphos to Coral bay bus route. 10 minutes drive to Paphos centre and market, Paphos harbour and Paphos famous nightlife with a huge selection of bars, international restaurants and night clubs.

Kissonerga village is also a short distance away from the villa and guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the village centre offering a pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, small mini-market and local Cypriot hospitality.

Accommodation

Villa Joanna is 170 sq m covered area in 2 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped, lacking nothing in modern aids – ie. fridge, cooking rings, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, filter machine, dishwasher, washing machine and iron with iron board. On the same floor we have the sitting room and a dinning area with a dinning table for 6-7 persons. In the lounge very tastefully designed furniture with a 3 seat sofa and a 2 seat sofa, an armchair, a colour TV, a video, a radio and a CD player. Also on the ground floor we have a twin bedroom with a shower room, with wash basin and WC.

At the front is a patio area overlooking the villa’s own private swimming pool (5m x 10m) with salt water. Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear salt water. Don’t miss a swim at night time, under the stars and moonlight in the months of June, July, August and September. Ample sun beds, umbrellas and garden furniture are around the pool area. In front of the pool is the garden with grass, bananas and other trees around.

On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, shower and WC en-suite, fitted wardrobe and a safe box. The other 2 twin bedrooms have a communal shower room with wash basin and WC. All bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning, charged extra at CYP£2.50 per day per unit.

Villa Joanna is next door to villa Stalo.

Both villas are suitable for families with children. Children have great time and good fun at the pool.

Car hire not essential. Complimentary basic welcome pack included.
