The VillaThe villa annex is attached to the main villa and benefits from its own self-contained facilities and access. We have a large private swimming pool 10m x 4m which benefits from solar heating to enable swimming from April to October.
LocationThe villa is in an area of open countryside with views down to Paphos town and the coastline, only 20 minutes away by car. The village of Armou benefits from a taverna and kafenon (local coffee shop) with a local bus down to Paphos from the main square, although a car would be beneficial. The Paphos region of Cyprus benefits from both excellent beaches and also the mountainous hinterland. For those wanting an activity holiday, most sports are available close by. There are many walks up in the hills both close to the villa and also further inland. Explore the monasteries and wineries of the region or further inland to the Troodos Mountains. Nearby there are the Tombs of the Kings and mosaics to visit, together with many antiquities. There are many nearby villages which have excellent tavernas and often hold Greek Nights when you can join in with the breaking of plates, etc.
Accommodation
1 double bedroom with separate lounge, which has a double
sofa bed, kitchenette (including crockery, microwave, fridge,
etc.) and toilet/shower room. Ceiling fans, central heating
(winter), satellite TV, garden and private swimming pool.
Starter pack also provided. An air conditioning unit is available
for the summer months. Outside, use can be made of the extensive
patio area and sunbeds/hammock and BBQ area.
FacilitiesAll necessary linen, towels, cutlery and crockery is provided for guests.

Additional InformationA 25% deposit is required to confirm booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. During July and August an extra charge of CYP£25 is made towards the cost of running ceiling fans and the air conditioning unit.
