The Villa

This recently completed detached villa in Kato Paphos is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

Location

Located in the popular Paradise Gardens complex with beautiful mature gardens, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants and town centres of old and new Paphos. Easy access to all resort facilities – shops, harbour and front. A short drive will take you to the popular Coral Bay Beach.

Cyprus is fast becoming one of the most popular holiday destinations for UK holidaymakers and is the third most popular country in the world for couples to get married! Paphos is also establishing itself as a leading golf holiday destination with 3 golf courses within easy reach of the villa – Tsada, Secret Valley and the fantastic 5 star creation at Aphrodite Hills. (The villa owner is a low-handicap golfer and can supply information on the golf courses if required.)

Accommodation

The villa has two bedrooms (a double and twin). There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. A sofabed in the lounge can sleep 2 or there is a Z-bed to sleep 1 (sleeping up to 6 in total). The remainder of the property comprises: open plan lounge/dining area to seat 6, a fully fitted kitchen.

Facilities

The lounge has a TV/video combi, DVD (with DVDs) and a radio/cassette/CD player with CDs. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include full air conditioning and linen and towels (not beach towels) are supplied. There is a patio with furniture. The villa has off-road parking. The complex has a large communal pool and also a baby pool.

Prices are per property per week and not per person.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is taken on booking, the balance and a refundable deposit against late return of keys/damage/breakage etc. being payable 8 weeks before departure.

The keys, directions and information will be sent before departure as well as the details of our English cleaning agents.
