The Villa

This charming and modern style one-bedroom apartment offers you great accommodation, a pleasant stay and easy transportation to all the most famous places around Prague.

Location

It is located between two parks, "Heroldovy and Havlickovy Sady", in part of Prague called Vrsovice, providing a nice view of the city. It is free from any street noise and within 15 minutes from the centre of the historic part of the city. The popular tram number 22 passes from here and, as well as places like the National Theatre, Mala Strana, also goes directly to one of the favourite destinations, the Prague Castle. Nearby subway stations are Namesti Miru and IP Pavlova. It feels really nice to come back after wondering around Prague.

Accommodation

The building was built in 1914 in art-nouveau style, with its beautiful characteristic staircase and atrium roof. This building and the apartment were completely renovated in 2002 and therefore combined the old style with modern furniture and facilities.

Spaciously organised with an area of 42 square meters (452 square feet), the apartment offers a living room combined with a kitchen. A sofa bed can accommodate two guests when needed. Satellite TV and radio cassette/CD player are provided. The master bedroom is provided with numerous closet spaces and a double bed, and doors close the bedroom for privacy when needed. Ideal for 2/3 people – may sleep 4 maximum.

Facilities

Secure building with an intercom, located in a nice neighbourhood with, cafes, restaurants, hotels and banking services. It is a clean, safe area with many locals. Within 100 meters are located all the shops needed, including fruit and vegetables, butchery, bakery, grocery store. A little further are a pharmacy and drugstore.

All linen, towels, dinnerware, and pots and pans are provided. Well-equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hot plate, exhaust fan, kettle. You can manage the heating yourself. If you are cold, there is nothing simpler than adjusting the heating system – just turn the on button.
