The Villa
Restored farmhouse, dating from 1731, stable conversion and granary conversion,
all detached from each other and centred round a courtyard,
own driveway, Outside table/benches for each property. Surrounded
by cornfields, including own field belonging to the property.
BBQs, garden furniture. All tastefully and fully furnished
with all accessories, TVs, videos, etc. in tranquil surroundings,
but only 1.5 miles from local bar/restaurants.
Location
Rest Huella is situated 48 miles from the ferry port of Roscoff and 2.5 hours
from St Malo. Cherbourg is 4.5 hours away. Just 20 minutes
from Quimper and 12 miles from the wide sandy beaches of St.
Nic. There are many interesting towns and villages nearby, such
as Locronan, medieval village, where Roman Polanski filmed
Tess, Douarnenez with its interesting old ship museum,
Quimper and its cosmopolitan atmosphere. Rest Huella is ideal
for people who like peace and quiet but don't want to travel
too far for good restaurants, beautiful scenery and clean
safe beaches.
Accommodation
Rest Huella, the farmhouse, sleeps 8/10 in 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has shower/sink,
etc. Another bedroom has a sink. There is a bathroom with
bath and shower, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer,
comfortable lounge with French TV. and video player.
Le Grimier has French doors opening out into the orchard,
dishwasher, etc. and is luxuriously presented.
L'Ecurie sleeps 6/7 in 3 large bedrooms and has open plan
kitchen, lounge and dining room.
All have video TVs with ample videos to watch. All are equipped
with hair dryers, irons, etc., and all have wood burning stoves
as well as conventional heating.
Facilities
There is a cot in each of the properties. The kitchens are
well equipped with conventional cookers and microwaves. Duvets
and pillows are supplied, but you must supply bed linen. Tea-towels
are supplied but not personal towels.

Additional Information
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday in mid and high season. Any other times are flexible. On booking, 25% deposit is needed and the balance payable 1 month before departure. Keys are sent 2 weeks prior to departure with a SAE for posting on your return.
