A restored 17th-century village house, it has 3 bedrooms,
including a master with king-size bed and en suite, parquet
floors, beamed ceilings and romantic woodburners, plus all
mod-cons to make your holiday relaxing!
Location
Situated in the heart of Seglien village, close to all amenities. There is much to be discovered in the region. From historic monuments and fetes to great leisure parks and natural reserves. The stunning Lac de Guerledan offers a host of activities to suit most tastes. Pontivy is your nearest 'large' town, where you can find just about everything some 10 minutes drive away.
Seglien's central position means you are within easy reach of many beautiful beaches, leisure areas and towns. Many superb beaches are to be found close to L'Orient, some 30-40 minutes away.
Accommodation
3 Bedrooms: master with en suite and king-size bed, 2nd bedroom
with en suite shower and twin beds, 3rd bedroom with
single bed. 3 separate fold-out beds can be located to suit.
Small terrace outside.
Downstairs: spacious kitchen with table to seat 10, separate living room, with plenty of settees, chairs and space to relax. Downstairs loo.
Facilities
New video, new TV, CD player, microwave, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, etc.
A selection of videos are also available, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Additional Information
Prices include tourist taxes.
Electricity is included from May to September. Between October and April, there is an additional charge of £25 per week.
Bed linen is optional – either bring your own, or you can hire linen at £5 per bed per week.
Gas – optional £10 per week 'gas insurance' (something we just dreamt up). If the gas runs out, you can either replace it yourself (around €40 a bottle) or pay the 'gas-insurance' and we'll replace it! A bit of a gamble, we know, but we have spoken to many people who all like the idea.
