The Villa

This charming villa is set in 2 acres of mature pine and wild oak trees with exclusive use of a 10x5 swimming pool and comprises 3 bedrooms plus a large separate studio/pool house.

The house is recently renovated, well equipped and finished to a high standard so it is very welcoming and comfortable.

It is a peaceful haven yet only 1 km from the charming village of Le Thoronet and its renowned Abbey. There are local shopping facilities including a bakery, supermarket, bar/tobacconist, post office, cash point, restaurants and tennis courts.

Location

The villa offers a perfect base for exploring Provence and the Côat d’Azur and is within easy reach of several international airports: Toulon, Nice and Marseilles, all within less than 1 hour’s drive. Cheapest airlines include Easyjet to Nice and Marseille, BA to Toulon and flybmi to Nice. Or by TGV to Les Arcs (15 minutes drive), Toulon or Aix en Provence (45 minutes).
