The Villa

Exceptionally pretty villa nestling on the hillside overlooking Mandelieu. It was originally owned by an interior designer and the new owner has wisely purchased all the furnishings to maintain the atmosphere of this light and airy villa.

Location

Mandelieu is close to Cannes on the coast and the villa is within walking distance of Mandelieu centre. Beaches 5 minutes, Cannes 10 minutes, Nice 25 minutes, and the autoroute 3 minutes by car.

Accommodation

On the upper floor there is a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, separate WC and 3 bedrooms. One, a single, has an unusual rock wall, the other two have double beds, and coastal aspect windows.

Private 7 x 4 swimming pool, separate summer kitchen incorporating a BBQ area together with a fridge and cooking hob.
