The Apartment
The studio is in a quiet modern block on the 2nd floor, reached
by a lift or stairs. It is spacious, light and comfortable.
The entrance hall opens onto a marble floored living area
with wide sliding doors on to the 6 ft x 16 ft south-facing
balcony (with awning), which is ideal for sunning and alfresco
dining.
Location
Situated in the heart of Cannes, in the region known as the
Banane, in a quiet street yet only 50 metres from the Croisette.
Very central for shopping in the Rue d'Antibes, Meynadier,
the markets and for playing on the beach, Villa Lutece is
within easy reach of all the restaurants and cafés.
Accommodation
There is a double 'Clik Clak' sofa bed and a single divan,
two chests of drawers, a wardrobe cupboard, TV, video, CD
player and radio. The American kitchen is well equipped with
two hobs, microwave, fridge and small washing machine, etc.

- Available to rent for the day, week, or longer.
- Central heating, hot water and electricity included.
- Linen is provided, but not beach towels.
