Mediterranean Sea to the Southern Alps, and from the city of Nice itself to the mountains that surround Monaco. It is only a five minutes drive to
the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the cosy city centre of Nice. By staying in this great holiday-home you can combine the advantages
of the big city of Nice (beach, luxury shops, excellent restaurants, busy night life etc.) with the advantages of the
'outside-the-city-life'
(greenery, open-space and gardens etc.). Of course Nice city centre with its many tourist highlights is really worth a visit. But the sunny Cote d'Azur
is a compact area and "La Citronneraie" is a perfect starting point for trips to discover the varied surroundings of Nice. Within 30 minutes drive
you find: millionaires, the mini-state and monarchy of Monaco, glamorous Cannes, cosy Italian beaches, beautiful mountain-areas, artist villages,
many sporting activities and much, much more!

The villa is recently renovated and newly decorated. 'La Citronneraie' has a large living room with a beautiful evening view over the enlightened
city of Nice. Furthermore, the villa has an Italian-designed, fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. A villa with modern facilities
such as air-conditioning, broadband-Internet, DVD and 7 TVs (including a wide-screen satellite TV). Outside the house there is a lighted swimming pool,
a pool-house, a garage, and a large 3500 sq/m tropical garden with palms and many fruit trees. There are 2 very large south facing outdoor terraces
looking over Nice and the sea: a panoramic sun terrace on top of the villa and a spectacular wooden terrace next to pool.
