Villa la Moncalaise lies within 10 minutes drive of freshwater
lake St Cassien and overlooks the upmarket village of Fayence.
Located less than 15 minutes from Autoroute A8 Exit 39, it
is ideally placed for trips to both Provence and the Luberon
to the west and Cannes and Monaco on the French Riviera to
the east. Nearby there are a large number of restaurants,
some with Michelin stars, as well as a number of supermarkets.
A championship golf-course, Terre Blanche, is 10 minutes drive
away. All the other major French Riviera attractions are within
30-45 minutes drive.
AccommodationThe villa has two master bedrooms (both with king-size beds) each with en-suite. A cot that converts to a toddler bed can be provided. There is a third double bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The remainder of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, a living room, dining room seating 8, a utility room and a gym. Ample parking is available.
FacilitiesThe living room has a large wide-screened TV with Sky satellite, DVD, and a Bang and Olufsen hi-fi centre. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, hob and hood, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker and blender, etc. In the utility room there is a washer and a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include a child-safety alarm for the pool, baby high chair, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys, outdoor dining area, a large Weber BBQ in the summer kitchen. All linen and towels are supplied. There is a tennis club that is available for use by 'The Village' residents and their guests.

Additional InformationReservation: The property may be reserved for up to 4 working days until a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rent is received. The balance must be received no later than 60 days before arrival. The Security/Damage Deposit of €1,000 may be paid at the same time or in cash upon arrival. Payment is accepted by euro bank cheque, direct transfer to a nominated bank account, or MasterCard/VISA using PayPal. The security/damage deposit is refunded upon departure or within 30 days thereafter depending upon circumstances. Arrival time: between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.
