The Villa

These traditional homes were built in the seventeen hundreds and have been fully renovated. The unique Venetian architecture the thick stone walls, arches, traditional furniture will provide the guest with a pleasant stay.

Location

On the gorgeous Greek island of Crete between Chania and Rethimno near Georgioupolis. The property sleeps 2-12. Come relax and enjoy yourself on the beautiful island of Crete. Canoe on the lake located 100 m away, swim at the beach located 1 mile away, relax by the swimming pool, ride a bike at the mountain side and sunbathe under the Mediterranean sun!

Accommodation

The main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/dining room area, and a full kitchen and a family room. The smaller house has two bedrooms a bathroom with a living room/kitchen area. Both houses share the pool area/garden and a two car driveway.

Facilities

The family room has a TV, DVD (with DVDs) and satellite TV with many European channels. Both houses share a phone line with incoming phone calls. The kitchen has a stove/range, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, water boiler, and blender. In the utility there is a washer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include, air conditioning, a shower, and a bath tub. On the pool/patio area there are numerous sun-beds, outdoor dining area with light and a BBQ. All linen and towels are supplied per week basis.

You will enjoy the comfort of a peaceful environment, having the security and luxury of nearby supermarkets bakeries, traditional Greek cuisine restaurants, first aid, hardware stores, car hire/rentals, public transportation adequate cell phone reception and much more.
