The VillaNorth coast of Crete, Sfakaki, which was formerly called Stavromenos, is right by a sandy beach and not in a busy tourism area. The family-run property is at the beach of Crisi Amo (Golden Sand). There are several houses available in a 6000 sq m area with studios, holiday apartments and two flats (80 and 90 sq m),one with 100 sq m terrace at the sea, sweet water pool, breakfast room and terrace, snack bar, a small children’s playing ground and parking.
LocationWithin a maximum distance of 500 m you will find five typical family taverns, small shops, two supermarkets, a petrol station and the bus stop with a lot of connections to Rethymnon town, 12 km away. The surrounding area offers large olive groves, two typical villages at 2 and 3 km, a monastery, landscape, possibilities for walking, for you to get an idea of the real Crete.
