The Villa

The house is situated in a 4000 sq m garden in the countryside near the typical Cretan village of Agouseliana.

Location

Agouseliana is on the small, green plateau of Agios Vassilios. With hills all around, it is hidden, on the way from Rethymnon to the south coast. The nearest beaches in the south are at a distance of 10 km. There are some gorges nearby. It is 25 km to the town of Rethymnon.

Accommodation

150 sq m in size, the villa will accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with 2 couches, a fireplace, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with washing machine.

On the upper floor there are the other bedrooms and a shower/WC.

Facilities

There is a 40 sq m pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a barbecue and a children’s playground.

Air conditioning is available at extra charge.

In the nearby village there is a mini-market plus typical taverns. There are other shopping possibilities in Spili and Plakias.
