The Villa

105 sq m house in the typical farming village of Pigi,10 km east of Rethymnon town.

Location

2 km from the beach. There are some shops, taverns, baker, butcher in the centre of the village, and large olive grounds, hills and other villages around. In the village is a bus stop too, with several connections to the town. Nearest airport Heraklion.

Accommodation

At a quiet corner of the village in a garden you will find the house, with full equipped kitchen, large living + dining room, 1 single room + bath with tub on the ground floor. Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms – so for a total of 6 guests – and one bathroom. Outside a terrace, one balcony and a place in front of the kitchen. Parking. All at the end of a small road.

Facilities

The nearest supermarket is at a distance of 2 km and all other shops possible you can find in Platanes, 4 km. Walks in the area. Maroulas, a village a bit like an old fortress, and the famous monastery of Arkadi are not far away. Tennis courts, water sports, diving and mountain biking are in the beach area at a distance of 3 km.
