The Villa

This recently built, modern, detached, 2-storey, four bedroom villa, with its pretty little front gardens and small swimming pool, is suitable for up to 8 people.

Location

Situated within the atmospheric old village of Loutra, 12 km from Rethymnon.

Accommodation

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC, and a separate bathroom with bath tub/shower fitment/WC. French windows open onto a veranda with views of the garden. The swimming pool with its small paved sun terraces sits within the front gardens and close by there is a BBQ and patio furniture set under a pergola.

An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three further bedrooms plus a lobby area with a little kitchenette. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite shower/WC. The other two have twin beds and share a bathroom with bath tub/shower fitment/WC. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning (at an extra local charge) and each has access to a veranda or a balcony with views over the village, the surrounding countryside and across to the sea in the distance.

Facilities

There is a small gym for guests' use and a Jacuzzi in the basement of the house. The nearest beach is approximately 4 km away. There are a few mini markets and tavernas within walking distance in the village. We consider car hire to be essential.
