Location
Located in Seminyak, away from the dizzy rush and bustle
of Kuta-Bali, yet still near to exciting shopping, restaurants
and nightspots. Within easy walking distance of Legian Beach
and only a 15 minute drive from Bali International Airport.
Accommodation
There are 2 x One Bedroom Villas, 2 x Two Bedroom Villas
and 3 x Three Bedroom Villas. Each villa with its own private
swimming pool, private kitchen and lush tropical gardens,
living room and dining room.
Facilities
Each room has TV with cable TV, Air Conditioned, en suite
bath room, open air shower, and bath tub in all the master
bedrooms. In-house computer with internet access and DVD player,
VCD/CD player, IDD phone call, stereo, hair dryer. The kitchen
has stove with pans, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and
blender.

Additional Information
The above prices do not include 21% government tax and service
charges, but do include daily American breakfast cooked and
served in the villa – maximum 2 people per bedroom.
50% deposit is required to secure your reservations, balance
of payment is required upon arrival.
