The Villa

Our villa is tastefully decorated with 2 bedrooms (with queen-size beds), 2 baths, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, air conditioning (throughout the villa), telephone/fax, Internet connection (just bring your laptop to check your e-mail). It is ½ mile from the beach, near all shops and activities.

Location

Villetta Mimma Vittoria has a long-standing tradition of warm hospitality. Set in the heart of the Costa Viola Calabria, this splendid building is 1 km from the seafront facing the Eolian Islands. Local attractions include: Aqua Park in Zambrone, horse-back riding in Palmi, and golf in Reggio DI Calabria.

The attractive Villetta Mimma Vittoria stands on Calabria's north shore. Whether you're after thrills and excitement or a relaxing break by the sea, you'll find it here. Local attractions include Capo Vaticano, Tropea and Scilla.

Accommodation

The villa has two floors.

Ground floor: There is an open plan living room with double leather sofa bed, a dining room with wood burning Franklin fireplace, and an American-style kitchen. There is one bathroom with toilet, sink and handheld shower. A marble staircase leads to the first floor.

First floor: There is a large double bedroom queen-size bed with skylight, walk-in closet, and small balcony. There is a second, smaller bedroom queen-size bed with custom built-in closet. The bedrooms share one large bathroom with tub and shower head. All windows are equipped with screens.

Facilities

The amenities include air conditioning, telephone, fax, Internet connection, barbecue, microwave, freezer, oven, full stereo system, TV, VCR, DVD, hairdryer, washing machine, and espresso/American coffee-maker. Extra amenities (at an additional cost) include electric heating, cook, maid service, and cell phone rentals (€21 per week plus the cost of a prepaid Tel card), and extra linen changes.
