The Apartment

Located in the heart of the beautiful and historic city of Rome, the Residence Vacanze Romane apartment is the ideal place for a full immersion in the timeless fascination of the Eternal City. Location

This beautiful apartment, inside a 5-storey building of the early 1900s, carefully and sensitively restored, is located in one of the most ancient Roman neighbourhoods, the Celio (Caelian) Hill. The apartment is on a very bright fourth floor with elevator, and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Via Ostilia is a quiet narrow and one-way road, with parking restrictions, perfect for tourists looking for a peaceful and easy vacation. The property is located just a very few steps from the Roman Forum and the Coliseum, in a charming area, with lots of unusual stores, candlelight restaurants and friendly bars.

The very close metro station (Coliseum), the several buses, as well as taxi rank (around the corner), the rent-a-bike and the rent-a-motorbike, allow its guests to move around Rome easily and fast.

Accommodation

From the elegant hallway you get the elevator to the apartment built on two levels. In the first level you have the living room with a fireplace, a big crystal table for 6 people, a fully furnished kitchen, TV, one bathroom and the sofa, which can be turned into a bed for two people. Upstairs is a queen-size bed, another bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room.

All linen is supplied. Bed and bath linen twice a week. A cleaning service is available twice a week.

Facilities

Laundry, Internet cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, money exchange, international phone call point, ATM machine, and bank are all... just downstairs!
