The Villa

The Villa Pantano consists of a completely renovated farmhouse complete with 2 large apartments and a separate guesthouse. Guests can enjoy the sun or shade at any time during the day all year round due to the convenience of 3 terraces and poolside lounge furniture.

Location

Located on the Tuscany/Lazio borders, just a short drive north of Rome. The Villa Pantano lies among rolling countryside and surrounding the house are many large trees including fruit, nut and cypress as well as a large herb garden conveniently located near the kitchen. The panoramic view looks out to the villages of Proceno to the east and Castel-Azzara to the west.

Accommodation

The villa is divided into 2 apartments. La Capriata is the larger of the two and is perfect for 4–5 guests. Tulipano is completely self-contained and furnished for 2 persons. The guesthouse, Il Fichi, is located 70 metres from the main house and has room for 2 or 3 persons.
