The Villa

Collebelvedere is located on the crest of a hill, with breathtaking views in all directions, from Rome to the Sabina Mountains. You will be welcomed in a villa nestled in the green scenery of olive groves.

Location

From Collebelvedere, you can visit a region full of interesting archaeological areas, historical and natural sites (Rome, the Farfa Abbey, the Greccio Sanctuary, the Marmore Falls, the Tevere – Farfa Natural Oasis, the Tivoli Gardens, the Bracciano Lake and the Castle, etc.). Rome can be reached in only 35 minutes and the famous Tuscany and beautiful Umbria regions can be reached in one and half hours by car.

Accommodation

In our Villa we have two apartments, the first is on the right side of the villa and the second is on the left side, so both the apartments have a private entrance and a private terrace. The first one (the big one) is made up as a living room with a small kitchen, a bedroom with a wedding bed, another bedroom with a wedding bed and two beds and one television (satellite TV), a bathroom, then you have a small corridor separated by a door, where there is a bedroom with a wedding bed and a bathroom. In all the bedrooms there is the possibility to put a baby bed.

The second apartment is made up as a large room 25 sq m with a living room with television (satellite TV) a kitchen and a bathroom. There are stairs for the second floor, where there is a bedroom with a wedding bed and air conditioning, and another bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
