The Villa

Location

Gargano is a different proposition to the rest of Puglia; a rugged spur jutting out from the coast covered in forests is now a 15,000 hectare nature reserve – the Parco Nazionale di Gargano – and is home to thousands of different species of flora and fauna, including deer and wildcats. Also in the park you can visit the Foresta Umbra or "Forest of Shadows", a beautiful blanket of Aleppo pine, oak and beech.

The Gargano is also home to some of Puglia's best beaches. Its capital, Vieste, is a pretty medieval town that gets incredibly busy in the summer.

Accommodation

Fully equipped apartment: two rooms, a huge kitchen with an original made-of-stone fireplace and a living room with a wooden top floor that accommodates the double bed. Two comfortable single sofa-beds in the lounge area complete the sleeping possibilities.

Facilities

You can enjoy an incredible landscape of the sea of Gargano from your window looking on a wide terrace. It's a quiet place, 5 km from the nearest city (Manfredonia) and a few minutes away from Vieste and Peschici. In the house there are two others apartments for rent.
