This 4 bedroom property is situated in 2 acres of land in the lovely southern Italian area of Puglia, which is quickly becoming the sharp stiletto of Europe's stylish shoe. Numerous olive and fruit trees cover the area and a large pool and Jacuzzi provides you with added luxury. The accommodation sleeps up to eight with a pull-out bed in the lounge for two further guests. The villa/trullo comprises a large dining/sitting area; well equipped kitchen with modern facilities; three good size bedrooms, with two having double beds and the other having two singles plus a double bedroom in the trullo and a bathroom. The trullo is separate from the villa and benefits from a feature fireplace and en-suite with shower. The trullo is also available for bed and breakfast with full use of the pool. There are two pizza/barbecue ovens and an additional outside kitchen area and two showers surrounding the pool.
