The Villa
In his lemon estate in Taormina, Prince Gabriele Alliata
di Villafranca has refurbished six cottages from what was
originally an old farm building. Known as "Le Case del Principe",
they are located between mount Etna and the bay of Taormina.
Location
The town of Taormina is Sicily's number one tourist resort,
boasting magnificent scenery, beautiful beaches and great
local cuisine. It's no wonder tourists flock to Taormina every
year. Its rich culture and its beautiful beaches and views
of Mount Etna create a magic atmosphere. Spring and autumn
are the best times to visit.
Accommodation
The cottage equipped for six (Polyphemus) consists of 2 twin
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a small mezzanine with
two single beds over the living room, a living room including
kitchen and an individual patio with garden.
Facilities
All rooms have been equipped with air-conditioning units
(hot and cold air).
A marvellous swimming pool with a border in lava stone is
available for guests. Absolute privacy is assured thanks to
a barrier of bamboo canes and greenery between one cottage
and the next.
