The VillaCasa Lucchese is a free-standing country house in 10 acres of olive grove with stunning views over the valley.
LocationThe property is 4 miles out of Sciacca and 6 miles from the best beaches. It is on the south coast of Sicily near the Greek temples of Agrigento and Selinunte.
AccommodationThe main entrance of the house takes you directly into the open-plan living/dining area with stone fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, in which the appliances are new. A lobby takes you to a shower/bathroom with inclusive WC and washing machine. A flight of steps takes you on to a large landing/study leading to 3 double bedrooms with beautiful views over the valley below. A small lobby leads you to the bathroom (tub/shower and WC). The upstairs area has exposed beams and floor boards.
Facilities The property is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering (including linen, towels and blankets). It has satellite TV, radio/cassette and CD player. An excellent calibre of housekeeping is provided. Welcome basket on arrival, with olive oil, tea, coffee, jam, honey, sugar, vinegar, salt, orange juice, butter, cheese, brioches and bread.
