Il Poggio is a quiet and charming villa with an outstanding
panorama over Florence and a large terrace overlooking its
surrounding hills. It has a relaxing private garden and shared
swimming-pool.

Location
Located on the top of a hill just 10km away from Florence
and 8km from the motorway exit of Firenze Certosa, Il Poggio
is the ideal spot to visit all the main tourist attractions
of Tuscany.
In the nearby village of Chiesanuova, you will find a couple
of grocery stores, two restaurants, and a barber’s shop. A
larger choice of restaurants/pizzerias, necessity stores and
supermarkets is available within a range of 6km.
Accommodation
The three-storey villa has 12 bedrooms (sleeps a maximum
of 20 people) with private/shared balconies, 7 bathrooms,
2 WCs, two living-rooms with fireplace, tiered stove and seating
for 10 people, kitchen and dining-room with seating for 20
people.
