The Villa

Two luxury self-catering, 2 bedroomed apartments fully equipped with kitchen, dining, bedrooms and bathroom. Wonderful views across to Monte Tezio national park and towards Perugia. Set in 3 acres of woodland and mature olive groves and with a 12 x 6m swimming pool, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Location

The property is set in wonderful woodland and olive groves. Close by there are typical Italian villages to relax, unwind and have the occasional cappuccino. The property has a wonderful swimming pool set on one of the olive terraces with outstanding 180 degree views over the valley. There are numerous woodland walks from the property which take you further away from it all and provide excellent photo shots for those interested. Perugia is close by providing a historical centre accompanied with smaller villages surrounding it.

Accommodation

The accommodation can cater for 12 people if necessary in 2 independent apartments. Each apartment can be booked separately and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/living area. Each apartment has its own private outside dining area and entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, oven, grill and hob. The apartments have been restored with original materials: terracotta flooring, wooden ceilings and large beams. There is central heating throughout for those chilly evenings. Views from the apartments are breathtaking and make you appreciate how relaxing Italy can be.

Facilities

There is 12 x 6m swimming pool with gated access, on the surrounding patio there are loungers and umbrellas provided. The uninterrupted views across the valley can take your breath away.

TV, DVD, videos are available for rental for those who need a change from reading.

Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are all nearby and provide a cultural interest to the area. Further afield are Rome, Pisa and Florence, all of which can make an excellent day trip out. Vineyards, olive presses and cultural places are all nearby.

Additional Information

The owners, Stephen and Helen, live on site and are available to assist with any questions or advice you may need. They speak excellent Italian and can help making or changing any bookings you require for restaurants, flights, car rentals.

Additional items for rent include: travel cot, baby chair, bicycles, TV/DVD/videos, barbecue, umbrellas.
