The Villa
Beautiful villa situated on top of a small mountain in Monte
Branco, with wonderful views. Ideal for walking and bird watching
or just lazing around the private pool. As Villa Branco is
so central to all of the Algarve, the coast and golf courses
water parks are not far from you – travelling time about
15-20 minutes.
Location
Nearest airport is Faro – about 20 minutes by car. On
arrival we will meet you at Faro airport, collect your car
hire (which can be arranged for you) and guide you to Villa
Branco, there is ample parking.
Accommodation
3 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms sleeping up to 10 people
(can sleep 12). 1 house bathroom and 2 en-suites. Kitchen
is fully fitted. Lounge: satellite television, DVD, video,
dining table, CD hi-fi. Sony Playstation, pool table, deposit
safe. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The villa
is beautifully furnished.
The bathroom has bath and overhead shower, 2 en-suites with
showers, all bathrooms have hairdryers. Lounge area is of
high standard with TV, video, DVD, satellite TV. All bedrooms
have continental quilts. Linen/towels are provided. The villa
has a fully fitted kitchen with all that you would expect
from a modern day kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, gas hob,
electric oven, coffee machine, juicer, large fridge/freezer,
plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The bedding and towels
are changed once a week. There are board games, videos, DVDs
and even a Sony Playstation.
A free welcome pack is provided on arrival containing all
the essentials for your stay.
Facilities
Private swimming pool, pool table, BBQ, very private and
non-overlooked, with beautiful country mountain views. Terraced
areas with plenty of sun loungers, also garden furniture and
large dining table for those BBQ evenings.

Additional Information
Local town of S B Messines has a locally grown produce market
and it sells fresh fish most days.
Alte, the most visited place in the Algarve, is only a 10
min drive from the Villa, with its small white washed houses
and narrow cobbled streets it is very picturesque. The fonte
is where the spring water from the mountains collects and
is a very popular tourist area.
There are numerous long sandy beaches along the Algarve coast,
within easy drive. Fantastic golf courses, shops and the popular
Algarve Shopping Centre is only 15 minutes drive. Water parks
and children's parks are easily reached from the Villa.
