Luxury 3 bedroom villa standing in its own grounds, some 500 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. It has a private pool and in the complex there are 2 tennis courts and a large communal pool and restaurant.
Location
Dunas Douradas is an upmarket luxury development situated between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, some 20 minutes by car from Faro airport and 5 minutes from the small town of Almancil. It stands in some 77 acres of pine forest. The area has six golf courses nearby, two of which are championship. There is a large tennis centre 500 metres away and the area has dozens of restaurants as well as many beach restaurants and the sandy beach goes on for miles!
Accommodation
The villa is on 2 floors. Upstairs there is the master bedroom, with twin beds, a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom. There is also a large sun terrace with sun beds.
On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet . There is a large dining area seating eight and a spacious lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave and there is a laundry room off, with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board.
Facilities
The lounge has cable TV, a music centre with radio, tape and CD. Outside there is a barbecue area with a sink and table and chairs, a garden area and a full-size pool which can be heated. There are sun loungers and umbrellas.
All linen and towels are provided with a change of linen midweek. Maid service is provided on weekdays.

Additional Information
There are 2 fold-up beds for children (£50 each). English
speaking baby sitters can be arranged.
Terms are 25% on booking with the balance payable 2 months
in advance. There is also a returnable breakage deposit of
£300. Pool heating is £125 per week. The telephone is connected
through reception and your bill is payable there on departure.
